Our House Spirit has been assisting schools across Victoria for the past 12 years in building vibrant, inclusive and connected House systems through dynamic, enterprising student leadership teams. Through our programs and workshops, we empower and equip student leaders to positively contribute to their school community and their school culture, whilst developing their personal leadership growth. 

 

Many years ago we discovered that the House system (that exists within most schools) was an under-utilised, potentially powerful vessel for assisting schools in achieving Improved Student Outcomes, and so spent countless hours researching, brainstorming, creating and developing the inception of

our awesome program.
